Survey-action asked for by the USOENC, supported by the New Caledonian
government and by the French ministry of Overseas territories, in
partnership with the ETUC, the CFDT, the FIOM and with the support
of the nickel producers present on the territory, to anticipate the
issues set out by the future industrial development, through the construction
of two more metallurgy factories ; three main dimensions in
the survey : the forecast economy dimension, the social dimension
and an environmental dimension.

role of European works councils in economic, financial and social
changes of transnational groups of undertakings »
Study asked for by the ETUC in the context of the 10th anniversary
of the European directive on European works councils, to go along
with the construction of the European social dialogue, by learning
from the implementation of good practices concerning information and
consultation processes, in « current » situations
as well as in « exceptional » circumstances
(mergers-acquisitions, evolution of working hours management).

Contribution to a project led by the Italian IRES on the research
on Italian and French companies not having an EWC, which areconcerned
by the directive 94/45 or will be after the enlargement of the European

staff (at least 150 people) in one or several of the 10 countries
that have joined the European union.
